Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Services Digi Tech Bot (“the Company”) provides video production, video editing, and graphic design services (“the Services”) to clients according to their specific requirements and project scope. By engaging our services, clients agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

2. Project Initiation Clients must provide clear project requirements, including objectives, timelines, and any specific instructions, prior to commencement of work. Any changes to project scope or requirements must be communicated in writing and may result in adjustments to timeline and pricing.

3. Payment Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal and agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work. Payment is typically due in stages, with a deposit required to initiate the project and subsequent payments upon completion of key milestones. Final payment is due upon delivery of the completed project.

4. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with the completed project remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client.

5. Revisions and Approval Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the project proposal. Additional revisions may be subject to additional charges. The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all work in a timely manner. Delays in approval may impact project timelines and delivery dates.

6. Confidentiality The Company agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Likewise, clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by the Company during the course of the project.

7. Liability The Company will make every effort to deliver high-quality work in accordance with client specifications. However, the Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue or goodwill, arising from errors, omissions, or delays in the provision of services.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach of the terms and conditions outlined herein. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for any work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
